Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the UK and the EU countries listed at checkout .
Production and dispatch times
within 3–5 working days (we don’t dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays) . Made-to-order and personalised items (photo canvases, mugs and cushions) can take a little longer than standard catalogue items, as they're printed after you order.
Delivery cost
UK delivery costs £10.00 per order. EU delivery costs £26.00 per order. Orders over £300.00 qualify for free UK delivery.
Carriers
We ship with tracked courier services (a signature is required on delivery) . Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number where one is available.
Missed, undelivered or damaged parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier and sort out a replacement or refund.
